At Gingerlife Wellness, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Used or opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Process for Returns
Contact our support team at support@gingerlife.com or +91-8505940430 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide order details, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to ship the item back.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Replacements
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are covered by us if the error is on our part (damaged/defective/wrong item).
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
